Hey guys! I figured it was about time I gave you all another update. I've been crazy busy since I moved to my own place (being on your own rocks! XD) but on the plus side my creative spark has been coming back ten fold so good things are definitely on the way. Maybe it's that feeling of being completely responsible for taking care of yourself that does it. CX School's been going pretty well so far. I've been getting 98% average on about every test I've taken, so it's been fun. I don't know about Algebra though. Geometry was a breeze, but Algebra??? I could be wrong, but from what little bit I've been introduced to in my latest tests, I think I'm screwed. lol My teacher said she expected that. "Good thinkers like you always have a hard time with Algebra." lol Lets hope I can turn off my analytical brain long enough to survive it. XD
Anyways, I got the news that you could change your username and thought the idea was kind of amusing, so like everyone else I posted a poll to see what you guys would think if I changed mine. I didn't realize I'd get so much feed back to keep it as is! CX I must say I'm pretty happy to hear that too. I had considered changing it to something slightly different, but the more I thought about it, the more sickening the idea felt. I mean, when you've gone by a certain name for so long, even changing the capitalization of certain letters seems wrong. lol
So no worries, I've decided to keep it as is. It's the name that's followed me ever since I started here, so it wouldn't be right to change it now. Especially since you cant go back to it later on. And like a few of you mentioned, it would be a real pain having to change the watermarks/signatures on all my artwork. 0.o It was enough of a pain to watermark everything when I first started using one. Changing all the artwork again, INCLUDING everything I've done since then??? You've gotta be kidding. lol
On to other news, I've been having such a hard time figuring out which art/studio projects to work on since I set up my new studio, but if I can work out the plan I have in my head, I'm going to try and work on both "Demon Guns" and "Royal Blue" and alternate chapters between the two every other month or so. It's a pretty far fetched plan (especially if my summer ends up being as packed as I think it will be) but that's what I'd like to work towards. I can't make myself focus on only one no matter how hard I've tried, so we'll see how working both of 'em works.

For right now though, I'm just going to finish this little doujinshi short I've had in the works FOREVER about Sesshy and InuYasha called "Brotherly battle of Ball". Ever since I realized that I did somehow manage to magically install that stubborn program Manga Studio Debut, I've been trying to learn how to use it for the big manga/doujinshi projects I have. But that's much easier said than done when you have your brain wrapped up in Photoshop (I spend about half the time in Manga Studio hitting keyboard shortcuts and cussing at the dumb program wondering why it won't work.

). So I figured this little oneshot doujinshi would be the perfect guinea pig to help me get over the "learning curve" before I start working on my more serious projects. CX
Another big update is that I'm almost ready to post my CD "Wash it Away" on itunes! Woot! It might be another month or two, but that's definitely a lot closer than I was before. All I have to do re-record/touch up a few of the songs and I'm set. I just spent about half of yesterday fumbling with all my recording equipment to find the perfect techniques to record with in the new room I have, and so far it's sounding really good. I want to eventually start posting a bunch of previews of my songs up on youtube between now and then, but we'll have to see what I get done. If anything, I will be posting my Sesshy and Rin song, "He Needs Me" on itunes within the next couple weeks. Then I'll have a good idea how the process will go for the rest of the CD.
By the way, what would you all be more excited to see me work on/finish? That music vid animation with the InuYasha characters or a manga/doujinshi? I'll probably lean more towards the comics for now, but nothing would tickle me more than doing a little work here and there on that animation if you guys wanted it bad enough. Oooh, just the thought working on it runs tingles up my spine. XD Love animating!
Well, I think that pretty well covers it. Hope you're all doing well! Thanks as always for all the faves, watches and support! I appreciate it.

Take care!
